Soul Whisper Meditation Transmission
Find stillness deep within. Experience how meditation can affect your state of being. We will explore various meditation techniques. We will also address sitting in a chair versus sitting cross-legged or walking meditation.
We meet the first Sunday of each month at 3pm PDT for one hour.
Dream Yoga 101 Course
Learn the basics of dream remembrance, taking notes, how to prepare the mind, when to keep sleeping and when to get up to remember your dreams. We will include some breath practices for you to prepare for lucid dreaming. This course is ideal to do after completing the Multi-Dimensional Perception Practitioner training.

Learn the energetics of dreams and find real transformation in dream interpretation. Poetry, art, voice, and dance will be integrated into this explorative study. This course is based on Xian’s years of presenting workshops at Psychology Dream Study conferences.
